- Read and follow layout and plans under the direction of journeypersons and crew leads.
- Safely operate standard framing tools and help maintain clean, organized, efficient job sites.

- Full-time, target 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday with early morning starts.
- Overtime only as needed; the focus is on efficient sites and getting people home at a reasonable hour.

- Hourly pay: $20-$32 per hour, depending on experience, skill, and apprenticeship level.
- Annual wage reviews each May, tied to performance, reliability, and skill development.

- Additional perks and opportunities may be available based on tenure and role.

**The Carvd Approach**

Carvd Construction was started with a simple idea: build a strong company by putting people first. That applies to our clients, our partners, and especially our crews.

We are intentional about creating a workplace built on respect, accountability, and trust. We look for people with strong work ethic and high integrity, and in return we commit to treating our team fairly, consistently, and with respect. If you show up, do good work, and take pride in what you build, you will have a place here.

We are in a growth phase. Our production framing team is planned to more then double in size over the next year,, and we are pursuing similar growth in our masonry and special projects divisions. This means real opportunity for people who want stability, responsibility, and a long-term home as the company grows.

We believe in succeeding by putting others first. That includes respecting your time, supporting your family, and building something sustainable together.

**What Success Looks Like**
- Showing up consistently, prepared, and ready to work.
- Producing high-quality work while maintaining steady, efficient output.
- Treating coworkers, other trades, and clients with professionalism and respect.
- Taking feedback seriously and looking for ways to improve your skills and reliability.
- Taking ownership of your work and the reputation of the team you are part of.

**Growth Opportunities**
- For individuals who bring a strong work ethic and want to grow with the company, this role can lead to:

- Advancement through apprentice levels with increased responsibility.
- Journeyperson roles with more complex layout, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Lead Hand or Crew Lead positions within framing, masonry, or special projects teams as the company scales.
- A current resume or brief work history outlining your construction and framing experience.
- Your current apprenticeship level and approximate hours completed.
- Your earliest available start date and a short (or long) note on who you are.
