About The Role We are looking for an Apprentice Carpenter with at least one year of construction or carpentry experience to join our growing team. This is more than just a role—it's an opportunity to develop your skills, learn from seasoned professionals, and apply your God given talent to meaningful projects. What You'll Do Assist carpenters in framing, finishing, and installation work across custom residential projects Learn to read and interpret construction drawings, gaining hands‑on experience with layouts and measurements Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment under supervision Support site preparation, material handling, and job site cleanup to keep projects running efficiently Practice proper building techniques while continuously developing technical skills Uphold safety standards, contributing to a secure and organized work environment Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and accountability as you grow into greater responsibility What You Bring Minimum of 1 year carpentry or construction experience Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to learn from experienced tradespeople Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability on the job site Why Join Oaken Builders?
