**Sales Representative/ Customer Service**

We are a leading supplier of engineered hardwood flooring in Canada, with large-scale manufacturing facilities in China. Our company is committed to providing high-quality and competitively priced products. Currently, we have multiple locations, including branches and warehouses in Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal. Due to ongoing business expansion, we are now hiring for the following position:
**Position Overview**:

- Proactively identify and develop potential customers through various channels, and expand the market;
- Provide professional consultation and services to customers, answer product-related inquiries, and establish strong customer relationships;
- Follow up with existing customers to maintain satisfaction and improve customer loyalty and repurchase rates.

**Job Requirements**:

- College diploma or above;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent bilingual communication skills;
- Strong sense of service and sales awareness, cheerful personality, and a positive attitude;
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to travel locally;
- Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary and benefits package within the industry, based on experience;
- Positive and supportive work environment with growth potential.

Pay: $18.00-$26.48 per hour

**Benefits**:
