**Job description**:
As a Marketing Manager for CuBE Packaging, you will create our company’s marketing plan and brand strategy to poise the company for future growth across both the retail and foodservice channels. This person will plan, coordinate, and direct marketing efforts to support key growth initiatives. Key areas of growth include but are not limited to: Brand Architecture and Strategy, Website Design /E-commerce, Creative, and lastly, Market & Consumer Insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Brand Architecture & Strategy:

- Create a cohesive visual identity for our company and define our brand position, brand promise, brand personality, brand story, and brand associations.
- To be inclusive of all CuBE sub-brands and national licensed brand of GLAD Take-Aways.

Website Design /E-commerce:

- Collaborate with outside resources to design and create CuBE’s go forward website. While creating the website, the newly defined brand guide should always be utilized.
- The website should focus on content, useability, aesthetics, and interaction.
- Ecommerce will also be a focus.
- Must have experience with digital e-commerce at a customer level, such as paid search, ad spend, and other digital levers to drive sales and add value to our customer’s online platforms.

Market & Consumer Insights
- Possess strong analytical skills in support of product innovation and fact-based selling.
- Facilitate primary research studies with 3rd party execution as needed. Examples include but are not limited to; Focus groups, attitude and usage, consumer segmentation, decision tree, etc.
- Experience manipulating secondary research data such as Nielsen, IRI, NPD data.
- Have examples of leading innovation initiatives with a formal stage gate process and a proven track record using market & consumer insights to create unique programs for customers to drive sales (rebates, incentives, promotional programs, etc).

Creative
- Facilitate creative needs with external resources inclusive of and not limited to Artwork/Packaging, Mockups, Brochures and Marketing collateral, and Tradeshow design and execution.

**Tasks**:

- Analyze results, optimize performance, and provide on-going channel reporting, insights, & recommendations
- Lead and be the main point of contact for agencies. Work closely with agency partners to develop marketing strategies, test new ideas, and measure ROI after implementation.
- Stay updated on new product features, competitive offerings, trends across channels, and general best practices for brand development (inclusive of ecommerce)
- Own the paid marketing budget and allocation across channels. Test new ideas and provide recommendations on spend, reporting ROI on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with sales to develop marketing strategies and grow the business.

**Requirements**:

- 4-year college degree in Business Administration or similar field\
- 8+ years of Experience
- Proven skills in strategy and leadership
- Formidable analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Microsoft Office Proficient

**Salary**: $43,203.05-$83,973.55 per year
