**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute all grill and sauté station preparations and dishes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow all **menu specifications**, **recipes**, and **plating guidelines** precisely.
- Cook proteins to exact temperatures and ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain proper **station setup**, including prep, stock rotation, and mise en place.
- Ensure **food safety and sanitation** standards are upheld at all times, including proper food handling, storage, and labeling.
- Clean and sanitize the grill and sauté stations before, during, and after each shift.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and communicate effectively with front-of-house when needed.
- Monitor and report low inventory or equipment issues to management.
- Stay calm and organized under pressure while meeting ticket times during busy service hours.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of experience** in a **professional restaurant kitchen**, ideally in a **steakhouse or high-volume grill setting**.
- Solid understanding of **grill temperatures**, **meat cuts**, and **cooking techniques** for beef, poultry, and seafood.
- Proven ability to execute **sauté station items**, including pan sauces, vegetables, and starches.
- Strong working knowledge of **health and safety regulations** and proper **kitchen sanitation procedures** (ServSafe certification preferred).
- Ability to **follow recipes and plating standards** with high attention to detail.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods).
- **Team-oriented**, dependable, and committed to high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Flexible schedule availability, including **nights, weekends, and holidays**
