Job Title: Forklift Operator
**Duties**:
- Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production facility
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and storage locations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production setting
- Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and calculations
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
