**What is the opportunity?**
**What will you do?**
- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems or platforms to store RBC knowledge and research materials
- Support the collection and sharing of knowledge & expertise from across the organization
- Curate and send daily news alerts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in knowledge related activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
- Support the curation of research content and help with the selection of new research suppliers
- Support the maintenance of taxonomies and controlled vocabularies
- Promote knowledge management & create new ways to promote a knowledge culture.
- Create training materials and/or deliver training in support of knowledge management initiatives
**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must have**:
- Self-starter, fast learner, can-do attitude and ability to work in an ambiguous setting
- 1+ years’ experience in knowledge management, content management and/or knowledge/research platform development
- Research skills (MLIS or equivalent an asset)
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Server 2019 (or above)
- Knowledge of content management & knowledge management principles
- Knowledge of taxonomy development
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven attention to detail and critical thinking
- Experience in business or financial services is an asset
- HTML and XML skills an asset
