**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Process reservations and manage booking systems accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and address any special requests.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in front desk operations or hotel experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for better communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices and guest services principles.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
