**Location: Prosserman JCC, 4588 Bathurst Street, North York. ON**

At your core, you're a superb **community connector** with a passion for **sales and service**. You have a strong drive for **results** and a demonstrated positive track record in building relationships, closing sales and providing exceptional customer service. You are a highly motivated, organized, self-starter and collaborative team player able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. **Jewish culture, traditions, and a connection to Israel** are evident in your passionate and friendly interactions. Hebrew/Russian fluency is an asset.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Selling all JCC programs, above and beyond fitness while meeting all sales performance metrics (KPI's).
- Participating and contributing to a high energy, JCC-thinking culture.
- Ensuring JCC branding through consistency and continuity in all actions.
- Creating a welcoming presence and positive first and last impression and experience for all members and guests seeking assistance and/or using the JCC.
- Nurturing member relationships, promoting programs and participating in special events.
- Providing exceptional customer service and follow up.
- Resolving Complaints as needed and knowing when to escalate for assistance.
- Processing membership account changes, daily billing and other day-to-day operational administrative tasks.

**Reports to**: Membership Sales Supervisor

**Job level and Salary**: Level 1, $43,000.00 (correlated with salary band) plus commission. The JCC has a comprehensive compensation strategy and benchmarked salary bands, available upon request.
