**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet every customer with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help.
- Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and translate technical talk into clear, easy-to-understand solutions.
- Be the communication bridge between our expert technicians and our valued customers.
- Create accurate service estimates and explain them in a way that builds confidence and trust.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and solve any concerns with a cool head and a can-do attitude.
- Juggle phone calls, walk-ins, and booking appointments while keeping everything running smoothly.
- Build long-term relationships with customers — turning first-timers into loyal fans of Gary Moe Mazda.
- Stay current with the latest in automotive trends, recalls, and technology.
- Be a team player — we celebrate wins together and support each other through challenges.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of service advisor experience (automotive industry preferred).
- A genuine interest in vehicles and helping people.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask like a pro, and solve problems on the fly.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills; experience with PBS, CLOVER, KIMOBY is a bonus.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a winning culture.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include**:

- Diagnosing and documenting customer concerns accurately.
- Reviewing warranty or service contract coverage.
- Building repair estimates and gaining customer approval.
- Creating and managing repair orders in the system.
- Coordinating with techs and keeping customers in the loop.
- Ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and follow-up.
- Tracking job performance and KPIs (bring your numbers — we love results).
