- **Overview**
We are seeking a passionate Dance Instructor to join our team. If you have a love for dance and enjoy working with children, this position is perfect for you.

**Who you are**:

- Good communicator
- new immigrants welcome
- willing to learn and adapt to Canadian children / culture
- wanting Canadian experience
- teaching parent with children age 5+ welcomed (as long as your child(ren) does not interfere with class operations, they are welcome to join class when you teach)

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and goals of the dance studio
- Plan and deliver dance lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Teach proper dance techniques, including body alignment, coordination, and rhythm
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
- Choreograph dance routines for in-class performances

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children
- Strong educational background in dance or related field
- Classroom management skills
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles preferred
