**Supporting Cascade’s accounts located in Ontario and Western Canada, you can develop your full potential, sustainably,**
- Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new business accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth
- Grow revenues and execute business plan to enhance sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your market
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence, adjust strategies, and update customer profiles and needs data
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across all levels of their organization to ensure excellent service and maximize profitability
- Support contract creation and negotiation for accounts, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and margin ranges.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, manage account plans, and utilize CRM to facilitate integration and coherent customer approach among business units
- Understanding Cascades' offerings, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and serving as a market expert to promote positive company image and cultivate long-term customer relationships
- Execute administrative tasks including managing customer data in SAP, conducting cold calls, and maintaining accurate records to support sales activities and enhance customer engagement

- Prefer three years’ experience in a Sales Representative role
- Customer Focused delivery of the best customer experience through expertise
- Structured and organized in managing multiple priorities
- Proven track record in acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts
- Recognize and address customer needs, interests, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Proficient in product demonstration and knowledge transfer, contributing to team expertise and enhancing customer understanding of Cascades' solutions
- Driven to communicate effectively, present solutions, and maintain superior market knowledge
- Skilled negotiator and influencer with strong networking abilities, adept at identifying and securing opportunities
- Willingness and eagerness to travel for business to effectively cover the assigned market
