**Specific Skills**:
Seat customers. Take orders in person/over the phone/on delivery Apps quickly and accurately. Deliver orders to kitchen. Serve food/drink/cutlery to dine in customers. Assemble/make drinks/desserts. Cash customers out and collect payment. Pack orders for take out. Take reservations. Supervise and train new FOH staff in operations. Schedule shifts for junior staff.Manage some inventory. Clean dining hall and drink service area, washrooms. Some dishwashing.
