**The Opportunity**
Perform a variety of store keeping activities like receiving and recording movement of parts and supplies, materials and equipment. The incumbent will sort, store and issue parts and supplies for use in the plant.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receive and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials and pre-inspect incoming goods and parts for quantity and quality
- Verify that the quantity and quality of products to be received into stock are correct and match the Purchase Order
- Notify the Purchasing Manager of any discrepancies between goods received and goods ordered
- For inspection items, the necessary documents must be given to Q.A.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
- Maintain records of the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using Automate system
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts, supplies and materials
- Assemble containers and crates, and pack goods to be shipped
- Inspect and verify incoming goods to appropriate storage areas
- Perform daily cycle counts on parts in the store
- Expedite parts or materials required in the plant
- Operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods
- Other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager
- To place materials on the pick tickets in the green boxes
- To maintain and keep track of tools and instruments issued, using log book and registers
- To keep the store clean while keeping the passages clear for free movement
- Perform related duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Require training normally obtained through formal technical school education technical program or technologist program or equivalent
- Experience in a related industry with excellent working knowledge
- Individual with high integrity and trustworthiness
- Individual with demonstrated ability to get things done with accuracy
- **Able to work in over-night shift (10:30 PM - 07:00 AM)**:

- **Full professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)**
