**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all members and guests.
- Execute all event planning, including but not limited to member social events, holiday parties, and special interest group meetings.
- Manage the calendar of events and activities, ensuring that all events are properly publicized and well-attended.
- Develop and implement creative programming initiatives that will appeal to the membership
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members and guests.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to this role, including but not limited to budgeting, purchasing, and invoicing.
- Pool maintenance and pool deck cleaning.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and equipment as needed.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing departmental activity and progress towards goals.
- Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with regards to member information.
- Compiling and reviewing participants’ feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Enforcing safety regulations.
- Limited housekeeping as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in lifestyle coordination or a similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Basic First Aid training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
