On November 17th, the Distillery Historic District is transforming into a Winter Village, and we’re looking to populate it The Winter Village is a place to create memories; a place that facilitates joy, celebration, family, and love into the New Year. The festival aims to help guests rediscover the magic and romance of the holidays by bringing together local artisanal food makers, craftspeople and musicians to the heart of the city again If you love spreading joy and sharing smiles - we’d like you to join our village

**You must already be able to legally work in Canada to be considered for this role.**

**Here's what you'll experience in the Village**:

- $20/hour, plus tips

**As an OVERNIGHT Village Steward, here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Completing food and beverage running from our main kitchens to our shops and bars and then nightly cleaning from 7**PM - 2AM (We can start your shift as late as 10PM - 2AM, if you prefer).**:

- Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment, dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, utensils and all necessary tools and equipment for kitchen and Winter Village use.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Reporting any equipment/utensil malfunctions/deficiencies to Manager or Chef on duty.
- Working collaboratively with all team members and fellow villagers.
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.

**Wish List**:

- ** Flexibility.** As per your seasonal contract, you will be required to work between **Thursday, November 17**th** to Saturdayday, December 31**st**, including evenings and weekends (December 24, 25 and 26th). You will be scheduled, Tuesday through Sunday, based on your flexible availability.
- **High Level of Energy.** You can expect to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- ** Feats of Strength.** You will be expected to perform moderate to heavy lifting as needed.
- ** Positive Mindset.** It’s the most wonderful time of the year Must be willing to spread joy and positive vibes to all of our guests and fellow villagers.
- **Experience.** If you’ve been a Dishwasher before, your experience is considered an asset.
- ** Eligible.** Must be allowed to legally work in Canada.
