Trackunit is looking for a Delivery Principal to lead telematics manufacturing and field fleet management delivery. This is a partner-centric role that helps solve for end-to-end telematics solutions inclusive of telematics hardware, software integration, software customization, and operationalization within customer systems. The leader will have deep technical and program leadership expertise to drive customer outcomes and serve as an inspirational team leader that can gain the support of stakeholders within Trackunit and client organizations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the delivery of complex telematics installation and value-add solutions.
- Create delivery proposal blueprints, SOW templates, and KPIs.
- Drive value to clients by building resilient stakeholder relationships with clients and aligning them to achieve high-impact outcomes.
- Develop and coach team members to successfully take on complex delivery initiatives.
- Lead an agile delivery team, manage issues, and mitigate risks.
- Establish project governance practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to drive product innovations enabling fast, reliable, and cost effective installations for factory and retrofit installs.
- Work with the internal teams, installer groups, and value-add partners to validate the technical approach, strategy, and deliverables for the large projects.
- Lead client and internal stakeholder discovery, requirements, and proposal conversations.

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of software engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
- 5+ years professional consulting experience.
- End-to-end experience in hardware and software delivery projects including requirements development, implementation, testing, and operational support.
- Able to lead business and technical teams to deliver effective, timely solutions that fulfill client strategic and operational needs.
- Skilled at defining and documenting business and functional requirements for ongoing system enhancement initiatives.
- Strong investigative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to proactively identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.
- Hands-on experience developing technical documentation (process maps, BRDs, system diagrams, process maps, test plans.)
- Experience leading change within teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, customer obsession, and lean startup ethos
- Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time.
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
