**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key in promoting our products and enhancing the shopping experience.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient checkout experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell items.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while adhering to company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Keep the sales floor organized and stocked, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for customers.
- Assist in technology sales by demonstrating product features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Utilize time management skills to balance multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Slice cheese to the best of your ability to customer wishes.
- Build Charcuterie and cheese boards in a timely manner.
- Ability to use knives to slice cheese.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience with cashiering and POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.
