**Gary's**A relaxed fine-dining 36-seat space inspired by classic French fare & modern British sensibilities.

Working closely with farms around the Fraser Valley and the Greater Vancouver area our menu moves with the seasons focusing on well-executed classic techniques and letting our ingredients shine. We're looking to breed a small kitchen team that is focused not only on making great food but building strong relationships with our team members and moving past the traditional stigmas of the brigade kitchens.

Please note that this is an entry-level position. Experience is not required but is an asset. We are looking for someone who is wanting to get their foot in the kitchen door and may be interested in cooking further down the line.
- Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Basic Duties Entail:

- Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Placing clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas
- Sorting and removing trash and recyclables from the kitchen area
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assisting with basic food prep tasks as needed
- Following all health and safety regulations

**Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 4PM - 12AM**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.65 per hour
