Bookkeeper

**Access Window & Door Design Centre**specializes in manufacturing and distributing high-end tilt-and-turn fenestration products throughout North America. With a strong reputation for innovation and reliability, we are expanding our team and seeking a **Bookkeeper.**

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct budgeting activities to assist in financial planning and forecasting.
- Execute bank reconciliation tasks to verify the accuracy of bank statements against company records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in bookkeeping practices with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation.
- Strong analytical skills for effective account analysis and budgeting tasks.
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.
- Must live locally in Manitoba and be able to commute to the job location to be considered.
