**The Position**:Restoration Technician - **WINMAR® Property Restoration is expanding and looking for energetic and self-motivated employees to join our team. This position is full time, and offers a competitive wage based on experience and expertise. The role will be primarily responsible for water extraction and for the cleanup phase of residential and commercial properties that have experienced a loss.

General Responsibilities and Performance Expectations include:

- Water Extraction
- Set up & monitoring drying equipment
- Asbestos containment and removal
- Performing demolitions & light construction tasks
- Cleaning up debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring
- Setting up containment and decontaminating
- Upholding all company policies and procedures; including OH&S
- Confidence in leading other technicians and labor
- Able to work well in team environments as well as alone
