**Job Title: 3PQC (Third-Party Quality Control) Coordinator**
**Location**: Halton, ON
**Reports To**: Warehouse Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Hours of work**:Tuesday to Sunday from 5:30am to 2pm
**Job Summary**:
The **3PQC (Third-Party Quality Control) Coordinator** ensures seamless communication between warehouse operations and third-party quality inspectors, maintaining accurate data tracking and upholding food safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to prioritize inspection workflows efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control Coordination**
- Accompany and assist Third-Party QC inspectors during facility audits.
- Flag high-priority inspections and communicate rework needs for failed items.
- Ensure compliance with 3PQC SOPs, including partial rejections.
**Data & Documentation**
- Accurately record PASS/FAIL results on picking slips and digital systems.
- Update teams in real-time on QC outcomes.
**Operational Support**
- Label and stage products for inspection.
- Down-stack cases (up to 55 lbs) and operate warehouse equipment (forklift/pallet jack).
- Work in cold storage environments as needed.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Participate in monthly QC meetings, providing actionable feedback.
- Maintain a professional relationship with external QC teams.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience: 1-2 years in produce/food QC (preferred).
- Education: Post-secondary in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field (asset).
- Technical Skills: Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Outlook), knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 55 lbs, work in cold storage, operate warehouse equipment.
Pay: $21.50 per hour
