**This is an in-person role at our Bedford office location**

Everyone has some type of TV show or movie as their reference point for what personal injury law is all about. Believe it or not, we ask our clients what their reference point is because it helps us explain what we're actually about.

You see, we actually do GREAT work for our clients. We know we care. And, injury victims in the region need more of our help.

And, THAT’S where you come in.

We are looking for a motivated, passionate, obsessed individual to work in our client services department as a client intake specialist. This is a role for someone with strong people skills and office experience, whether or not it was in a legal setting. We need someone to take responsibility for:

- Taking incoming calls from potential new clients
- Following up on inquiries from potential new clients
- Guiding our new clients through the onboarding process
- Performing outreach and lead generation tasks

While we are more interested in you matching our core values as a law firm, joining our team as our intake specialist means being great with computers and would involve:

- Speaking to potential new clients on the phone and in person
- Explaining our services and how we can support potential new clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
