**WE'RE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A FULL-TIME BUSINESS MANAGER TO**:

- Guide clients through finance and lease processes
- Present financial services, vehicle protection options, and Paradigm’s exclusive maintenance programs
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to highlight product benefits, providing them with training and support
- OMVIC certification required
- Schedule consists of some evenings

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Experience in financial services and sales, with a preference for those with automotive dealership experience
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- An organized, team-centric mindset
- Facilitate error-free documentation preparation for vehicle deliveries
- Has a strong work ethic
- Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
- Able to connect in both virtual and face-to-face environments with success.
- Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun

**WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY**:

- Minimum of 3 years-experience in a role like this
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles: van, light and heavy duty trucks preferred
- Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen prior to employment
- Open availability to work days and evenings are required to stay until the customer’s purchase is complete and their satisfaction ensured

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
