Foothills Creamery has proudly produced dairy products and served Western Canada for over 50 years. We produce butter and ice cream, now offering over 80 different flavors of ice cream, sorbet, sherbet, and soft serve. **Job Purpose**:
The Class 1 Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting butter and ice cream products to Foothills Creamery customer accounts across Western Canada. The Driver will be paid by completed trips across provincial borders between **BC, AB and SK.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Organize and load product in order to assure the most efficient delivery route and schedule
- Complete all paperwork involved in the delivery of all products
- Complete all paperwork associated with any and all returned goods
- Work with all customers and look after customer concerns when necessary
- Communicate with Supervisors and staff members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle as well maintain all necessary paperwork involved with your daily work schedule.
- Meet the requirements for D.O.T. drug and alcohol program

**What You’ll Need**:

- Class 1 Driver's License with 5 years experience preferred
- Preference will be given to those with mountain driving experience.
- Experience with Manual/Automatic transmissions
- Clean drivers abstract for 5 years
- Experience hauling liquids; tankers are used in the transferring of cream product
- Experience working with tandem and tri-axel trailers; trailers are mostly dual temperature refrigeration units

- Positive attitude and experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

We offer a variety of perks and benefits for our drivers, including Paid Time Off, Health & Dental benefits, Flexible Routes and free company products Driver's can be located in and around Calgary, AB or Edmonton, AB. Driver's pay can range from $75,000 - $100,000 depending on the routes.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
