**Job Summary**: As a Safety Coordinator, you will be integral to our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program, supporting the management and implementation of safety systems and acting as a key ambassador of our safety culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health and safety program.
- Lead the planning and execution of ACSA COR audits and COR action plans.
- Engage in safety networks and associations.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and risk assessments using established cause analysis models.
- Educate and train all organization levels using behavior-based safety concepts and risk management tools.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and foster a culture aiming for “Goal Zero.”
- Manage new employee safety orientations and organize additional required training.
- Maintain strict compliance with HSE management systems like SiteDocs, Comply Works, ISNetworld, Avetta, and Requis.
- Handle subcontractor management including orientations and safety compliance monitoring.
- Participate actively in safety meetings and Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings.
- Perform regular inspections across various company locations and situations including field, shop, and office environments.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness procedures and maintain relevant documentation and statistics to track OHS performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum NCSO certification; CRST/CRSP designation preferred or actively being pursued.
- 2-3 years of Health and Safety experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OHS and WCB legislation, case management, and return-to-work programs.
- Proven experience with compliance websites such as Complyworks, ISNetworld, Avetta, etc.
- In-depth understanding of human factors and behavior-based safety concepts.
- Experience in reporting, policy development, and implementing HSE training programs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel as required.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
