Global Shoe Connection Inc. is a dynamic and fast-growing fashion distribution company. We are seeking an **E-Commerce Customer Support & Brand Coordinator** to support both our expanding online business and the effective administration of our brand operations. This role will require strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth processing and efficient communication.

**Who You Are**:
You are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (French is a bonus)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability and eagerness to learn new software programs
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and troubleshoot issues
- Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or brand coordination role (administration, retail, business-to-business)
- Experience in data collection, report analysis
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset

**Your Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Customer Support**:

- Prepare and process online orders for the warehouse and reconcile them at the end of each day
- Coordinate with the eCommerce team on stock levels, promotions, and online exclusives

**Brand Coordination & Administration**:

- Work closely with the Brand Managers to ensure smooth brand operations in-season and out-of-season
- Receive PO’s, process and ship orders and, manage product creation in the internal system
- Develop brand materials for sales reps such as, line sheets and other print items
- Support wholesale customers with advertising allowances and coordinate POP and other in-store marketing materials
- Provide reporting and administrative support to both brand and eCommerce teams as needed
- Manage and organize brand folders, including product images and lifestyle assets for retailers
- Provide customer service support for wholesale customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: From $3,750.00 per month
