Condominium Concierge and Tactical Professionals

**Blackbird Security Inc. **is looking to expand their team to service a prestigious condominium in downtown Toronto. This role can be considered a hybrid role, with the incumbent balancing their time between acting in the capacity of a tactical guard or in a concierge role.

Security professionals need to maintain a valid security license, exercise responsibility, use caution, and demonstrate exemplary customer service skills. While tasks may vary depending on the client’s specific needs, our guards are expected to
prepare to fulfill the entirety of this job description.

Main Tasks:

- Provide security services to clients in accordance with the client’s post orders in ways such as, but not limited to:

- Providing Loss Prevention services (either uniformed or undercover/plain clothes);
- Monitoring entrances and exits of client sites; Patrolling interior and exterior of the site;
- Monitoring CCTV and surveillance systems; and
- Controlling access to client sites.
- Provide excellent customer service and concierge services to residents and visitors of the site.
- Reporting to emergency call-outs and alarms.
- Aid with emergencies such as elevator entrapments and fire alarms.
- Alerting authorities and participating in investigations and/or recoveries, where necessary.
- Complete incident reports to outline instances of:

- Theft or attempted theft
- Vandalism
- Condominium Policy Violations
- Recovery;-Prevention
- Assault of any kind
- Other incidents.

**Requirements**
- Customer Service or Concierge experience
- Security experience
- Spoken and written English skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid security license
- UOF certificate is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
