**Job Summary**:
As an **Analyst**for our **Analytical Chemistry** team at the **Senneville**site, you will be involved in the analysis of samples using various techniques in support of client studies or procedures.

In this role, primary **responsibilities**include:

- Performing various techniques for the analysis of the test substances allowing the identification and quantification as well as the verification of different parameters.
- Work in collaboration with scientific staff.
- Perform these analyses by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), spectrometry.

- Possess a laboratory DEC (Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology) or a B. Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or equivalent.
- Be responsible and autonomous.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work in a team environment.
- Be resourceful and have a sense of organization.

**Role Specific Information**
- ** Location**: Senneville / Free parking / Free shuttle service from Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site
- ** Salary**: $23,50/hrs
- ** Schedule**: Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday ; Available between 08:00 and 17:15 with weekend availability for overtime.
- Permanent full-time position as of the hiring, 37.5hrs per week

Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market. Each year approximately 300 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
