**The Role**:
We are looking for an **Analyst I, Information Technology** to join our Satellite Systems team in our Montreal office.

**Tasks**:

- Inspects site, installs and connects all employee PCs, terminals, peripherals and computer-related equipment.
- Keeps records of computer moves and repairs to serviced equipment for analysis and call follow-up. This also includes corrective actions taken to improve service and assess future hardware purchases.
- Manages network backup media, sends and receives media from the vault and ensures that registers are completed and filed. Recovers files requested by the help desk from backups.
- Install and maintain all office computer equipment for MDA employees.
- Maintain computer inventory and perform operator duties related to data backup.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Interpersonal skills, analytical mind, ability to organize priorities
- College diploma or equivalent technical diploma in electronics
- 2 to 3 years' experience in operating and maintaining computers and peripherals
- Fluency in French and English

À titre de premier fournisseur commercial indépendant mondial d'antennes, de charges utiles et d'électronique pour les satellites de comm
