We are a growing lingerie company based in Vancouver, and we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new store at Metropolis - Metrotown We are looking for passionate, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our dynamic team.

Finding a bra that fits isn't easy. We want to help our customers find products that fit well and feel good. We want our sales associates to be expert bra fitters who can assist customers of all body types, ages, and life stages.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in-store and online with personalized measurements, product recommendations, and fit/sizing advice
- Maintain a well-organized, fully stocked store, ensuring timely merchandise requests and restocks, conducting weekly cycle counts, and performing light cleaning duties
- As a Keyholder, entrusting with the responsibility of opening and closing the store, ensuring that all security protocols are followed. This includes unlocking the store at the start of the day and securing it properly at the end of each shift, ensuring the safety of both the store and the team.
- Handle returns and exchanges with excellent attention to detail
- Support inventory control efforts to ensure accuracy and product availability
- Achieve sales goals through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience in moderating online communities or customer interactions on digital platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping people
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and reliable individual who consistently completes tasks on time
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing to a positive and cohesive atmosphere. Ensuring effective communication, shared responsibilities, and exceptional customer service, all of which are essential to achieving our monthly sales goals.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
