Route Sales Representative

Delivery Experience Signing Bonus: Special for this position - $ signing bonus for those with current battery, uniform or beverage route experience.
Pay type: High base salary plus bonuses.

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 - 4:30 average, no weekends.
Purpose of Job: Consistently service and aggressively expand an assigned set of customers along a predetermined route. Represent our company culture and values with a high level of professionalism, excellence and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Must possess current CDL(DZ) license and have clean driving record.
- Bilingual
Prior sales experience highly desirable.
Good communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Current, valid Ontario DZ drivers license with clean abstract, 3 years experience.
Read, write and compute basic math.
Minimum 2 years demonstrated sales, customer service and delivery experience.
Bonus for current battery, uniform, and food and beverage route experience.
Scope Data: Frequently use independent judgement when making decisions.
Good common sense when making business decisions.
Work Environment: Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, talk & listen, stand & walk. Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Repeatedly lift and or move 50+ lbs.
City and highway driving in large route truck.
Exposure to battery warehouse conditions.
