**Major Responsibilities**:

- Execute and administer activities related to our group benefits and pension plans
- Research, problem solve and respond on issues related to benefit programs, objectives and procedures raised by employees, HR and third-party vendors
- Maintain accurate group benefit and pension filing systems and records.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction.
- Assist employees with escalated health, dental, life and other related benefit issues.
- Verify the calculation of the monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies and maintain statistical data relative to premiums, claims and costs. Resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives.
- Prepare and set up meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits and other related programs. Ensure distribution of required employee notices.
- Perform testing activities for benefits administration systems implementations, changes, and ongoing enhancements
- Project plan and manage any system change requirements pertaining to benefit windows, enhancements, or country projects in supporting their successful rollout and implementation
- Review and monitor data integration reports to identify and address inaccuracies and systems errors
- Prepare and action monthly changes in provider portals as needed
- Liaise with system providers, local brokers, and vendors
- Review, action, and reconcile system generated reports
- Understand, interpret, and effectively communicate benefit plan provisions, policies, programs, process, and practice as the escalation point
- Administer invoicing and payment processes for regional and some local vendors including validating payments, etc. within the defined vendor management framework
- Provide guidance on complex benefits related issues to employees, interpreting policies or plans and leveraging vendors when necessary to support resolution of inquiries
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English required
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable legislation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in employee benefits administration.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience working in a rapid, fast-moving environment and in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
- Ability to use business judgment when assessing requirements and performance; identifying the right solution to meet business needs
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
