**Job Description** Mission**
Join CIMA+'s Building Mechanics team, and work on our projects in the Abitibi region. As a drafting technician, you'll work on various regional and provincial projects of all sizes, in the residential, commercial and institutional sectors.
Working at CIMA+, you will collaborate with a highly qualified team in the development of solutions tailored to our customers' needs. You'll grow quickly in an environment where responsibility, autonomy and trust are strongly encouraged.
You'll be able to work mostly in a hybrid mode, i.e. from the office closest to your residence and from home.
**Primary responsibilities**
- Participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications for building mechanics
- Design models and plans using Revit and AutoCAD software, from 2D to 3D
- Monitor the preparation and quality of plans
- Participate in coordination with other disciplines (architecture, electricity, structure, etc.)
- Perform site surveys and drawing
- Conduct site visits to collect data
**Qualifications**
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in building drafting or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in building engineering
- A minimum of one year's relevant experience
- Relevant drafting experience on mechanical building projects
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- ASP Construction card
- Valid driver's license
