This position reports to the **Senior Manager of Fleet Maintenance.**

**Your days will include**:
- Processing work orders from start to finish using current software
- Participating in creating, issuing, tracking and processing purchase orders for outside vendors
- Posting and closing out work orders
- Processing purchase order for parts linked to a work order
- Managing Fuel Cards and Fuel Fob Management
- Keeping unit file records to meet safety standard and insurance requirements
- Running reports and KPI Data
- Working in conjunction with other team members to ensure the maintenance needs of the fleet are being met
- Other duties as assigned
**To succeed in this role, you possess**:
- Excellent communications and organization skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Great Plains an asset
- Strong customer relations skills
- Problem solving
- Reliable
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical knowledge/understand an asset
- minimum education Grade 12
