We are seeking a motivated and skilled Deck Builder/Laborer to join our team. As a Deck Builder/Laborer, you will work alongside our experienced team to construct high-quality decks for our clients. This role involves various tasks, including but not limited to:

- Assisting with the construction of decks, including framing, decking, and railing installation
- Operating power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Handling materials, lifting heavy objects, and performing physical labor as needed
- Following blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in deck building, carpentry, or construction preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Proficiency with power tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
