YOUR MISSIONS**:
Responsabilities:
Perform invoicing, according to the established deadlines and the requirements of each contract;
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure that all transactions are correctly

recorded in the accounting system;
- Send invoices to clients, carry out follow-ups for income received in advance and bring the

necessary corrections;
- Provide, on a weekly basis, accounts receivable reports and ensure collection follow-up;
- Prepare documents and reports for clients;
- Perform cash receipts, follow up on accounts receivable and prepare deposits;
- Perform bank reconciliations;
Follow up on various files with the sales and operations teams and ensure that

the accuracy of the information received;
- Review GL postings from external accounts receivable and sub-accounts, before

final registration;
- Perform follow-up analyzes on payment agreements;
- Prepare and analyze various reports;
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements;
- Collaborate in the implementation and improvement of processes;
- Maintain proper electronic filing of each item processed;
- Participate in adjustment entries and required analyses;
- Contribute to the various mandates of the Finance team.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Profile**:
Hold a technical college diploma in accounting;
- Have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of receivables;
- Strong experience with SAGE 300 (Oracle NetSuite will be considered an asset);
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Acute sense of analysis and always in solution mode;
- Be an organized person, who demonstrates rigor and has an eye for detail;
- Demonstrate autonomy and have a proactive attitude in continuous improvement.
