The duties of a Maintenance Technician include but not limited to the followings:

- Correct and safe use of all cleaning equipment, products, and materials.
- Being helpful, cordial, and courteous to guests and co-workers at all times.
- Following up on special maintenance and/or cleaning assignments given by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- Diagnosing and organizing appropriate trades for issues that arise.
- Maintaining accurate yearly schedules for all equipment on property as well as coordinate yearly inspections of all appliances.
- Responsible for all drywall, patch and paint work in suites and common areas as needed.
- Immediately reporting any safety hazards, maintenance defects, or other problems to the Operations Manager
- Assisting in moving of furniture, delivery and pick up of special request items, carpet cleaning, Shaw technical issues.
- Being security conscious on guest floors, occupied suites, and back off the house areas.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene, grooming and attire (LEVEL polo shirt must always be worn
- no jeans allowed).
- Abiding by the LEVEL'S vision statement, mission statement and core values.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Summary of Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 2-years of maintenance experience
- Must have weekend availability
- High school diploma/GED
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
