We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help us continue to grow.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Caribbean takeout restaurant, ensuring smooth service, exceptional customer experiences, and a positive work environment for our team. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing operations, and driving business growth while maintaining the authenticity and quality of our food and brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations..
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to authentic Caribbean flavors and cultural representation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Caribbean cuisine and culture is essential.
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
