**How will this role support our team?**
**Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)**
- Support the supervisor to coordinate the organization and delivery of the entry-to-practice exam.
- Implement protocols for the integrity of the exam process. Verify online reservations against approved exam takers. Monitor reports and compile evidence of potential or real examinee professional misconduct for the supervisor to prepare a report for senior management.
- Prepare exam reporting and notification including pass/fail notification.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the College meets and delivers on its legislative compliance requirements without delay.
**This role will support our team by providing**
- Ability to acquire knowledge of government regulations and policies concerning immigration and citizenship policies
- Ability to acquire knowledge of the _College Act_, regulations and By-laws
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to collect and analyze data to shape recommendations for new and improved initiatives as well as to develop mitigations and/or solutions for potential issues occurring in day-to-day operations
- Time management and prioritization skills to coordinate schedules and resources to ensure the timely processing of a high volume of exam-related documentation
- Organizational skills to keep track of deadlines and a high volume of case documents and materials
- Interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and respectfully
- Written and verbal communication skills to prepare and communicate exam-related information
**Required Education and Experience**
- College Diploma in business administration or the equivalent education and work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role in a regulatory environment
- Bilingual in English and French

Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice, accès à la pratique (bilingue), est responsable de traiter et d’organiser l’examen d’accès à la pratique (EAP) en temps opportun, y compris les demandes d’inscription à l’examen, l’inscription, l’administration, la communication des résultats et la production de rapports. Le titulaire du poste a également pour responsabilité d’effectuer le tri des courriels et des appels entrants, d’y répondre ou de les transmettre à la personne-ressource appropriée au sein du service.
**Les responsabilités comprennent les éléments suivants (sans toutefois s’y limiter)**
- Effectuer la réception et le traitement des documents pertinents (p. ex. demandes d’inscription à l’examen et de report d’examen) et faire les vérifications qui s’appliquent (p. ex. vérifications liées à la bonne moralité ou à l’examen menant à la spécialisation) conformément aux politiques du service et de l’organisme.
- Aider à tenir à jour les fiches de gestion des cas utilisées par le personnel du service pour examiner les demandes d’inscription à l’examen.
