**Responsibilities**:

- Execute day to day operations and production schedule
- Prepare and coordinate work for assemblers ensuring that required documents, material and equipment are available
- Direct the work of production operators to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure production operations are performed according to work instructions
- Support production team by providing and receiving training on new equipment, processes, or products
- Support Production and Engineering with assembly where needed
- Operate various production equipment including standard hand tools, custom fixtures, and other tooling
- Perform in-process and final inspection of goods as required
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment and enforce safety rules and procedures, safety accountabilities, task-safety-observations
- Receive incoming shipments, enter stock and monitor inventory
- Liaison between all departments and maintain close communication and co-operation with these groups to ensure consistency of action

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preference for a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Able to work and adapt in a fast paced, changing environment and meet deadlines
- Strong component knowledge and technical ability with electrical and electro-mechanical assembly
- Self-starter, collaborative and team-oriented
- Computer skills, including Excel
- Able to coordinate and supervise multiple activities simultaneously
- Troubleshoot and manage processes
- Able to effectively communicate in English
- High attention to detail
- Able to make decisions with sound judgment and execute on those decisions
- Light lifting (up to 60lbs)
- Understanding circuit diagrams and ability to debug various electronic circuits is considered a strong asset

*Must have your own transportation as no bus service in close proximity to our facility.
