Aecon Aggregates Ottawa, ON is looking for a
** Quarry Field Supervisor** to join our safety conscious team You will be responsible for directing and supervising the daily activities of all quarry personnel in the field and ensuring materials and equipment are organized to meet production requirements.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Ensure that health and safety is the number one priority.
- Responsible for safety meetings and reporting.
- Supervise employees and equipment.
- Ensure employees are trained and equipped.
- Maintain constant communication with Operations Manager.
- Ensure equipment is in compliance with preventative maintenance program.
- Knowledge of quarry crushers and related equipment: rock trucks, loaders, skid steers, man-lifts, jaw and cone crushers, screening plants and wash plants.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- 5 years experience in quarry operations preferred.
- Must be well versed in construction site rules, protocols and code of conduct.
- Strong management, planning, and leadership skills.
