For Health’s Sake (FHS) is a top-rated multidisciplinary health clinic with **three locations** in Toronto—**Leslieville, Downtown (Queen St. West & Spadina), and Etobicoke (The Kingsway).**

We’re growing and looking to add a **Client Care Representative** to join our **Kingsway Team**.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a **warm, professional, and sales-oriented** **Client Care Representative** to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for from the moment they step into the clinic.

We are looking for someone who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also **excited to learn how to properly refer to therapists, rebook clients, and support them in getting the care they need.** An interest in **sales and client engagement** is key to success in this role.

**Position**: Part-time
**Hours**: 10-30 hours per week (some flexibility available)

**What We’re Looking For**

Warm, friendly, and professional with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excited to learn how to properly refer clients to therapists and rebook their follow-ups
Outgoing with **strong sales and communication skills**(verbal & written)
Comfortable with technology and a quick learner (experience with **Jane App** is a plus)
Solution-oriented with a proactive mindset
Able to work independently and as part of a team

**Previous experience in a multidisciplinary health clinic is a strong asset.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Open and close the clinic as scheduled
- Greet and assist clients with appointment bookings and rescheduling
- Proactively educate clients on available services and ensure proper referrals to therapists
- Encourage rebooking to support continuity of care
- Process payments, complete daily billing, and reconcile reports
- Handle direct billing to insurance providers
- Manage practitioner schedules efficiently
- Complete daily administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness in the clinic, including light cleaning and laundry

**Compensation & Benefits**

**Pay**: $19.00 per hour
