**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Improve parts processes and procedures
- Manager all incoming parts ensuring they are correct for the PO they were ordered for.
- Track and follow ordered and returned parts.
- Provide support to technicans by managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of parts and supplies.
- Minimize aged stock on hand.
- Return any unused or incorrect parts promptly.
- Control inventory of supplies used by technicans ordering when necessary.
- Picking up and returning parts as necessary.

**Skills**
- Experience in processing receiving and returning parts.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with office and shop staff.
- Familiarity with inventory management is preferred.
- Ability to maintain an organized workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
