We’re seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join our design team here at Sensus Design & Build. We are a full service Architectural/Interior/and Construction project management firm with unique projects across the GTA. Our passion is for the architectural value of projects, ensuring we create timeless and unique pieces of architecture around Southern Ontario.

**Architectural Technician Responsibilities**:

- Developing initial design concepts alongside firm Principle, through the use of studies (zoning studies and by-law review), hand sketching, and computer illustration;
- Production of preliminary design drawings for client presentations;
- Production of zoning documentation and coordination of city planning submission, including COA/TRCA/RNFP or other relevant authorities;
- Development of construction documentation, and the coordination of required consultants and city permit submissions;
- Site inspections to assist the Construction team in resolving any construction related issues;
**Architectural Technician Qualification Requirements**:

- 3-5+ years of Ontario architectural experience in related Residential Architectural Design;
- A degree/diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture;
- Knowledge of residential zoning by-laws for houses in Toronto;
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects;
- Exceptional proficiency and knowledge of Revit;
- Superior oral and written communication skills;.
- Proven ability to respond to frequently changing priorities.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
