Kalloway Property Services has immediate openings for experienced, knowledgeable, motivated team members. Labourers will be required to assist Supervisors on jobsites performing tasks.

**Job Duties**
- Following health and safety guidelines.
- Clean and prepare site to eliminate possible hazards.
- Use necessary hand tools.
- Load/unload materials and equipment as needed

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Alberta Class 5 Drivers’ License and good driving record.**:

- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Must pass security background check.

**Certifications considered an asset**:

- Asbestos Removal Certificate
- Standard First Aid/CPR

Summary
As a Disaster Restoration Laborer, you will be a vital part of our team, assisting in the restoration of properties affected by disasters. With a Class 5 Licence, your role will involve tasks such as debris removal, cleaning, and restoration efforts. Your core skills in time management will ensure efficient completion of tasks, while your CPR and First Aid Certifications will be crucial in maintaining a safe work environment. Premium skills in teamwork and adaptability will enable you to work effectively in challenging situations. Your relevant skills in construction, demolition, and restoration techniques will be essential in restoring properties to their pre-disaster condition. Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
