Are you a charismatic hospitality pro who thrives in a dynamic restaurant setting? Masti's is searching for a versatile Front of House Team Member to be the face of our restaurant, seamlessly blending the roles of Host, Server, and Bartender to craft an exceptional experience for every guest.

**You Are**:

- A natural people-person with an outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Experienced, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced customer-facing role.
- Responsible, holding a current and valid Smart Serve certification.
- A collaborative teammate who is meticulous and excels at juggling multiple priorities.
- Eligible to work in Canada and at least 18 years of age.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Champion the Guest Experience**: From the moment they arrive, you will be our guests' primary guide. This includes offering a genuine welcome, managing reservations and wait times efficiently, and ensuring a smooth transition to their table. You'll build rapport, act as an expert on our menu, and provide a memorable farewell that invites them back.
- **Master Service & Bar Operations**: You will expertly handle all aspects of service, from taking orders accurately on our POS system to preparing and serving a full range of beverages. Responsibilities include full bar preparation, managing inventory, changing kegs, and efficiently handling our take-out service.
- **Cultivate a Thriving Atmosphere**: Working in sync with the entire Masti's team, you will help maintain our high standards for cleanliness and sanitation. You'll contribute to a positive, energetic environment where the guest and team are always the priority, and be ready to assist with other duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

**Physical Demands of the Role**:

- This position requires the ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the restaurant for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours.
- You must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and safely lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.20 per hour

- Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
