If so, you might be intrigued by the blueprint for our latest role on #TeamTPH: **Director & Head of Academics for RELM Sports Academy, Powered by TPH, **Eastern Ontario. TPH and RELM Sports have teamed up to deliver a world-class academic, athletic, and holistic academy experience for student-athletes in Eastern Ontario. In this partnership, RELM will provide the sports instruction and sports leadership, and TPH will install a full time Director & Head of Academics to deliver many aspects of our TPH Academy _Study-Train-Play _experience to the aspiring-elite 6-12 grade student-athletes who attend RELM Sports Academy. The Director & Head of Academics will serve as the "face" of our Academy, leading TPH and RELM in business operations, recruiting strategy, and the individualization and customization of the Academy's blended learning experience for the aspiring-elite student-athletes who _Study, Train, _and _Play _with us... This very important team member will be able to make the Academy classroom their domain, and play a critical role in the development and advancement of the next generation of impact players. If you have a background in sports, or at least a passion for mentoring student-athletes in the classroom, coupled with experience in business and education, this role may be tailor made for you.
