What You'll Bring;
As a Sales Associate-Hardlines, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the best products.
With an in-depth knowledge of golf merchandise, you will be responsible for fielding questions and providing recommendations to customers, ensuring impeccable customer service. You will maximize sales by identifying needs and matching the customer with the appropriate equipment, apparel and/or accessories. With prior retail experience, you have strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Inspire and assist customers by engaging in genuine conversations to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Drive sales and exceed goals by taking pride in achieving personal and team sales targets.
- Create an exceptional store experience by maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
