**Role Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**

Supervise and lead a team of plumbers and technicians, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently and maintain our high standard of quality and professionalism.

**Scheduling**

Plan and schedule tasks related to ongoing projects, considering customer preferences, anticipated job completion dates, and availability of staff, ensuring all projects remain on schedule.

**Quality Control**

Oversee the quality of work performed by the plumbing team to ensure it meets industry standards and customer expectations.

**Customer Service**

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns. Striving to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.

**Inventory Management**

Maintain an inventory of plumbing materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that the team has what they need for their work.

**Compliance**

Ensure that the plumbing services provided adhere to local building codes and regulations.

**Hiring, Training and Development**

Interview new service team members and assist with hiring process. Provide training and development opportunities for service team members to improve their skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

**Safety**

Promote and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

**Documentation**

Maintain records of service calls, work performed, and customer feedback.

**Job Requirements**
- Plumbing Expertise: A deep understanding of plumbing systems and techniques is crucial. Experience as an estimator is a plus.
- Management Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities to lead a team effectively. Minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to address and resolve complex plumbing issues and customer concerns.
- Organizational Skills: Effective scheduling, prioritization, and resource management are key.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of plumbing tools and equipment, as well as industry trends.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Budgeting Skills: Proficiency in managing budgets and controlling costs.
